The Fitness Specialists are an independent, Private Personal Training facility located in Rosalie, Paddington. For more than 15 years we’ve been helping successful people get maximum enjoyment, fulfillment and satisfaction from there life. Because when you look and feel fantastic, everything in life is better.

Owners Chris Williams (right) is a qualified personal trainer since 2001, he’s also a rehabilitation expert and 500 hour yoga and meditation teacher.

Phill joined the team in 2016. Phill became a Personal Trainer in 2011. He is certified in nutrition, bio-mechanics, pre & post natal, rehabilitation and martial arts.
