1-on-1 Personal Training
A Personal Trainer has one goal for each client, to help them achieve what they desire. We use a personal and individual experience when evaluating your strengths and weaknesses. This helps us to help us formulate a progressive training regime.
Our Personal Trainers start by assessing your posture with a full appraisal. This determines your body’s strengths and weaknesses, plus joint mobility and agility. We aim to understand how your body is currently working, so we can put together a program that is both safe and effective. This is to ensure you achieve the goals you desire, whilst helping to reduce the risk of injury.
Our fitness trainers deliver personalised and private training sessions, this helps you meet your goals in the most efficient way possible. If you want to be successful, you need a Personal Trainer that doesn’t put up with your excuses! We offer 1 on 1 personal training sessions for either 45 minute or 1 hour appointments. Your trainer can also provide you with an exercise routine to follow at home or at the gym.
We also have group fitness options available too, many of our group clients see a fitness trainer weekly and participate in our group classes weekly.
1 on 2 Personal Training (Get a buddy involved!)
Teaming up with a buddy can be a great way to have a dedicated Personal Trainer at a reduced rate. Our 1 on 2 sessions provide a devoted fitness trainer who has the knowledge and skills to help you achieve your results. By exercising with a partner, friend, family member, co-worker or the like helps you stay motivated and on track.
We pride ourselves on having outstanding personal training programs. By working with each of our clients to develop a fitness regime that suits their lifestyle. You’ll also still get the same evaluation, expertise and results as with our 1 on 1 training, you’ll just be with a friend at the same time!
